      Exceptional”

      Alex and Valeria are the best hosts a person can wish for. They make their house feel like home for their guests. The house is well taken care for, rooms are cosy, big and very clean. Breakfast was amazing, the food was homemade and very delicious! There are bicycles available and with them you can easily reach everything you need to see in the area. I can only recommend this place!

      Great accommodation: welcoming hosts, great breakfast and comfortable room”

      Very comfortable room in a quiet rural location. Homemade breakfast was fantastic, and the owners very nice, welcoming and eager to make our stay perfect. Will certainly come back.
      We had everything we needed, and room was perfect for us. We only missed a kettle or hot water to have our teas to go.

      Welcoming and gracious hosts! Use of bicycles was great for travel to the beach. Breakfast was very good and satisfying. Room was large with a nice sized bathroom. Balcony was wonderful. AC worked spot on. Grounds felt comfortable!

      The place was easily reachable, the hosts very friendly and caring. We has bikes offered to go to the beach snd in town. the breakfast was very rich and with a fantastic pane e pomodori from Valery! All very clean and well kept. We will go back

      The hosts are the nicest people I’ve ever met. Our room was spacious and clean with a nice little terrace and view on the garden amd mountains. The breakfast was fresh and house made, very tasty. Although the place is not in the city centre it is well worth to experience a bit of country side, tomato farms were all around. I would definitely return.

      Wow, this place is fantastic. It is a beautiful building with a beautiful backdrop but most beautiful of all are the owners who will do everything to make sure that you, the traveller, has a great time. This place is perfect if you want a location outside of the busy centres and you can walk to the town in 40 mins or use the free cycles, provided by the accommodation, to be at the centre in 20 mins. The air con is cool, the WiFi is fast, the breakfast is tasty. Make sure you speak to Valerie and Alex because their goal is to help, even if you think that you don&#39;t need it, they can add so much to your time in beautiful Sperlonga.

      La maison est tranquille au milieu des champs, toute neuve . Les chambres sont magnifiques, grandes , très bien équipées, clim’, moustiquaires, balcon, très belle salle de bain. Le top , c’est le petit déjeuner! Exceptionnel... gâteaux faits maison, œufs de leurs poules. Valérie et son mari sont aux petits soins ... la plage est à 1 km . Tres agréable séjour.

      Super nettes Personal, geräumige saubere Zimmer mit großem privaten Balkon, mit dem Fahrrad (bekommt man dort) ist man in 10 Minuten am meeega schönen Strand und in 15-20 im Zentrum, leckeres Frühstück!

Die Frühstückseier hatten ihre Hühner gelegt und die Orangen waren aus dem Garten- perfekt!       Die Zufahrtsstraße ist sehr schmal und holperig.
