    Nice property just a few minutes walk from the train station. Lovely host…good communication. Clean room and a comfortable bed. Ideal for exploring the bustling old town which is right on the doorstep. Lots of good restaurants nearby. There’s a communal kitchen with great coffee. I would recommend a stay here.

    Access to beverage all day. The cleanliness was just perfect and the location was just great 👍
    The breakfast didn't include any fruits, vegetables or protein like eggs or bacon. Some guests did smoke even though a no smoking sign was clearly displayed

    We booked a triple room for 3 ladies, the room only had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Maybe placd another mirror in the main bedroom too.

    Very good location in the center, perfect train connection with the airport (10 min walk) and bus connections with the city. The hotel has a coffee machine with very good coffee and snacks (included). Reception service available, very good contact.
    Maybe a bit noisy street, but that has to be taken into account for the city central location.

    Good hotel to stay in Caligari for one night. Clean and comfortable.”

    The room was comfortable and clean with all the facilities you would require. We only stayed for one night as travelling around the island the next day. Nice bars and restaurants in the area and the marina across the road.

    The hotel staff is extremely helpful, the location is very central (right in the city center), good wifi, the shared kitchen is very useful (free tea/coffee, kettle, fridge), free snack in the room, good air conditioner.
    The single toom is a bit small, otherwise it's perfect.

    Lovely location - could not have asked for more. The rooms are well designed and very big, and despite being on first floor on the most popular road of the city, they are perfectly sound insulated. Bed was super comfy and I would defo recommend this place 100%

    Perfect location near city center and marina”

    Room was very nice and comfortable, it is a bit noisy, because it is in the city center, with restaurants and cafes! For us it was okay and not disturbing! Room has air conditioning which is very useful in summer. Everything is in walking distance. I had to go to the University, for this purpose I used the bus. Main bus stations and railway station are just around the corner. Bus network is quite dense (busses every 10 mins - at least), e.g. to travel to Poetto beach you need just 20mins.
