This is the second place where the staff really do not want to see you there. We do not understand. The resturant had breakfast but after that there was basically nothing to order but the staff of 5 cooked a great lunch for themselves. The bed was hard as a rock, shower was broken and the place was dirty. If they would just take of the customers and fix the place up it would be a 4 star. The head owner even told us that she really did not feel like printing something off for us today, come back tomorrow. We will never come to this place again. We have been so happy with Agoda hotels till the last two places.

The hotel has a good view, good pool, really good service from the staff, but unfortunately the sea is TOO dirty. The Hotel does not clean the sea or even care about all the trash is just in front of them. I could say it's not a problem only for the hotel, mostly all the beach is full of trash, bottles and dangerous things that could cut your skin. We were expecting something different when we saw the pictures. so, if you don't care about the beach, you will have a nice stay in this hotel, but if you are looking to enjoy the beach ( I would not recommend to swing at the beach at any spot in Mui Ne) this is not the best spot.

If you're staying here request a room that's not on the ground floor. Negatives: The pool is dirty Beds are hard are rocks You're too far to walk to anywhere but the receptionist can organise bikes for you. The bar has a very limited selection. Basically just Saigon green is the only drink available. Positives: The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's right on the beach, although it's not very clean. Breakfast is good Overall it was the beds that made it difficult because they were so hard. It's a pity because the hotel has a lot of potential. If the managers spent more time/money on the place it could be amazing.

Not good customer service”
We arrived at the hotel after a long walk in the sun. We were overheated and a little tired. The lady at the reception had us pay the 2 night stay upfront then gave us the key without even showing us the way to the room. After about an hour we were in the room we realized the WC flush wasn't working. The lady from the reception came to check and confirmed it wasn't working. She told us she would give us another room. So we waited a while. She did't show up so we went back to the reception and found out she had changed her mind and that she wanted to call someone to come fix it. After a brief argument she finally gave us another room. The hotel was actually underbooked. The rooms were ok. The shower drain a little weird located under the sink no way related to where the shower was. No shower doors or curtain. Communicating balcony with the neighbor room. Breakfast ok. Nearly no choice but good quality. Pool was nice and just a few steps away from the ocean. Nice location but I would not stay at this hotel a second time.

The staff's English is not good, and I brough a really expensive bus ticket from her, it's ok, just experience for me. The hotel is good, there are swimming pool, privite beach.....The breakfast is ok, Vietnam style.

Everything is fine. Nice breakfast with sea view. No time to try for the pool. Location just good, walking distance to Dong Vui Food Court. Staff is helpful. Light in the room is too dark, should add more light.

Definitely not going back. Good - Really nice and deep pool. Friendly staff. Bad - a dirty beach filled with seashells (many) right in front of us Old room, rusty tap, old wardrobe. But generally clean. Very dim lights... very dark at night Breakfast little choice and has to pay additional for additional serving. Bad bad wifi. Sometimes ok only Don't feel secure with valuables in the hotel due to no safe and doors/ windows seems can be opened easily.

1- Water was too weak. 2- Water was not escaped well. 3- Lights were not adapted for living. 4- Air conditioner were not adapted for living. 5- No glasses & bolted water in the room. 6- No telephone in rooms for internal communications between rooms or receptionist. 7- No dried-hair machine. 10- No security at door, it made unsecured for travelers. 11- Receptionist was only available in working time. 12- Breakfast at 8:00-10:00 is inconvenient because it’s too late for travelers who need to go out for locations visiting and it’s not fixed for children. Suggest breakfast time should be posted to Agoda for travelers consider in their booking.

The minus is no elevator, not clean, staffs were a little friendly. And was disappointed about location. Too far the food centre. And the room is not suitable with the payment, more expensive.

Basic beachfront hotel”
This hotel has so much potential! The grounds, pool and the breakfast were great but the suite could use some upgrades. The bed was uncomfortably hard and the AC was quite noisy. There is very little beach front in this area but it looks like there is a walking path in the process of being built here.

Relaxing”
Beautiful sea view room. An older style hotel but very clean. Pool and beach literally right at the door. The beach is clean and safe yo swim. Very good breakfast. Convenience store, supermarket, road side stalls and a fantastic food court/bar with pool table snd playing cards 5 min walk away. Would highly recommend.
