Friendly Staff with good English”

Be frank, it spends at least one hour from airport to the resort BUT it's really good in location IF YOU WANT TO take a sunrise trip. All the staff are so nice and helpful. The room is clean and the bed is so soft. I am also lucky to make lots of new friends from Sisaket (even I am a Chinese). Besides feeling relax, you can also get a "warm family feeling" there. I highly recommend this resort for you.

Arrived late in the evening. Resort staff came to meet us at the main road to guide us to the hotel location. Willing to cook for us at a late hour. Quaint cottage by the river. Excellent sunrise and views in the morning. You can catch the fish for your breakfast if you want with the hotel staff. They are willing to sit with guests and talk about their type of life and history. If you are a city type and need all mod-cons then this is not the place for you. If you like basic accommodation and a peaceful time then you will love it.

The location is perfect, right outside your room is the Mekong River and directly infront of you is Lao. The guy speaks little English but enough for you to understand.

A beautiful place to watch the sun go down at one end of the river and then watch it rise over the hills in laos at the other end of the river the following morning.A place for romance and relaxation,and eat al fresco on your own porch together.You would need a car as it is set in the Isaan countryside near kongjiam.Just follow the signs for the"merrantii white house" from kongjiam into the pha taem national park.Well worth finding:)

the minute we arrived we were disappointed : waouah why did we just book for 2 nights...It was paradise...We had a marvelous bungaloww with a huge terrace overlooking the Mekong. The food was marvelous...the staff so friendly and helpful...It was a shame to stay such a little time . We have to go back one day ...

It's not so bad hotel but not for the money we paid for our staying. It's very far from any town or village, there aren't any shops or restaurants nearby. For 1,500 baht we got very tiny and small bungalow. Breakfast was poor and absolutely not tasty. There is no proper restaurant in the resort. We had to ask the resort's staff to cook for us. Prices are quite high. Internet was slow. Mind that mobile phones (I use True) work very bad in the area. Anyway I must say that staff is very helpful and friendly.

It was raining all day long. The staff shut down the canvas to prevent raindrops, unfortunately, we could not see any view from our room.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Vijitra sehr genossen, waren allerdings die einzigen Gäste während der beiden Tage dort. Allerdings könnte es ein paar Schwierigkeiten geben, das Vijitra ohne einheimische Hilfe zu finden. Die Ausschilderung war ausschließlich in Thai, und das Hotel war nicht im (Leih-)Navigationssystems unseres Mietwagens enthalten. Mit einer thailändischen Ehefrau kein Problem. Ohne einheimische Begleitung jedoch schon. Toll: die Umgebung, der Nationalpark mit Wasserfällen und Wanderstrecken. Wer Landschaftsfotografie liebt, füllt schnell etliche Gigabytes auf dem Speicherchip. Sehr schön...

รีสอร์ทเล็กๆ แบบครอบครัว”

เป็นรีสอร์ทเล็กๆ ทำกันเองในครอบครัว แต่เป็นครอบครัวที่น่ารักและน่าชื่นชม ทุกคนทุ่มเทและตั้งใจให้บริการแบบสุดๆ ถ้าคุณต้องการสถานที่สงบๆ ริมแม่น้ำ ร่มรื่น นั่งเล่นหรือนอนเปลได้ทั้งวัน มีฝูงไก่แจ้ไก่ป่า กระต่าย แมว เดินเล่นบนสนามหญ้าเขียวๆ กว้างๆ มีอาหารทานไม่ต้องออกไปไหน ที่นี่ใช่เลย แม้จะไม่หรูหรามาตรฐานโรงแรม แต่ที่นี่มีแชมพูกลิ่นข่า และมีแม้กระทั่งมีดโกนหนวดให้คุณนะเออ (อะไรจะดีไปกว่านี้ถ้าคุณท่องเที่ยวเดินทางมาแล้วเป็นอาทิตย์) ไวไฟมี แต่เน็ตจำกัดเพราะปล่อยมาจากมือถือ!!! เจ้าของทุ่มเทขนาดนี้ เล่นเอาผมเกรงใจ ใช้เน็ตมือถือตัวเองตลอดทริป ถึงเจ้าของจะบอกว่าไม่เป็นไร (DTAC ความเร็วโอเคครับ ส่วนของทางรีสอร์ทใช้ AIS) ข้อเสียที่คุณควรทราบก่อนไปจะได้ไม่ผิดหวัง ห้องพักแคบ หาดทรายไม่ได้มีทุกฤดู ไม่มีร้านค้าหรือร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงนอกจากของรีสอร์ท
