Excellent Resort with The Perfect View and absolute Privacy”
This is definitely The Place for us, whenever we visit Phi Phi again. While we loved everything about the resort, here's the few things that make us want to go back there. It provides an excellent view of the sea and surroundings from the balcony, as the rooms are located on a hilltop. The location of the rooms are such that you have absolute privacy, which is much needed as a couple. The reef right in front of the resort is really beautiful, and we can spend hours snorkelling there during the right tide levels. Lastly, we loved how the staff was right there to help us with anything. We really appreciate the promptness and hospitality!

Honeymoon couple”
First of all, KUDOS to Exza and his crew for providing us with the most fantastic experience during our breakfast & stay in the hotel. From the Tonsai Pier, complimentary boat ride are given 4 times daily. They took good care of our luggage while we shop at the pier. Amin, is the friendly guy who took care of our pleasant 20min from the pier to the hotel. Once we reached there, a welcome drink and cookies were given (yummy cookies!). Then, a cart took us up to our room Room are beautifully decorated with cute honeymoon setup for us <3. Tons of complimentary snacks which are refilled daily. Beautiful view as requested during my booking were given. Again thank you for that! The next day, we enjoyed the free kayak and snorkel equipment. Rode the kayak to the nearby village to take away some really scrumptious thai food. Quite funny experience doing take aways using kayak and bringing it back to the hotel to enjoy it on our beautiful balcony. Didnt had the time or energy to go kayak around the island further, but definately want to be back to do that next time! Service is 12 out of 10. Fantastic people. Thank you for making our honeymoon stay a memorable one!! If you enjoy serene & private environment, this a is the hotel I would definately recommend.

Brilliant secluded location.. ”
Excellent resort. Secluded from the main town. Next to Phi Phi Island village which has good restaurant and if u walk a little l further in the island many small bars and restaurants to have ur lunch and dinner. Spectacular view of the ocean from the ocean facing rooms. Excellent service. Helpful staff. Rooms could be bigger for the price. Need more ferries to the town from hotel. Work on that. Otherwise it's beautiful 👌

Bar far one of my favorite places on the globe!”
I have stayed here many times and I've never been disappointed. Great for families! Great for anyone that wants to get away and feel like they have their own private island. And if its party you are looking for, its a 20 minute boat ride to the other side of the island.

Beautiful views and nice Villa’s”
Arriving via the resorts speedboat or long tail boat from the main pier, the resort had a 60’s James Bond type movie feeling to it. At low tide a tractor comes out on the white sandy beach to pick you up and bring you ashore. Once on shore you then get into a Suzuki open taxi to drive up to the lobby and then to your room... The villa’s were terrific with no expense spared. Minibars stocked with free drinks and snacks. The pool area was very nice with a unique experience that you must take an elevator to get to and a great view. The manager at Villa 360 was extremely informative and helpful in explaining how to get to the close island viewpoint trail. Mr Chet’s snorkeling tours are ran right next door and we’ll come pick you up right at your resort. I would say the only negative I would have is that the dinners were ok, nothing to write home to mom about.

Dear Chrystel, We would like to thank you for your review and comment. We look forward to seeing you again.
Americanized Isolated Resort with a View ”
Staff have been very kindly and hospitable and the views are to LIVE for with a short long boat excursion to the most beautiful beaches and waters. However, as an American, the food tastes like the unauthentic Thai food in the States. Recipes have been Americanized and options for breakfast serve non genuine Thai food, very contrary to what I vacationed away from my home from. Food part was disappointing as well as being charged 3,500 baht for 25 pieces of laundry clean. I recommend anyone to go to The Village to find a lady that will do a load of laundry for 70 baht. Keep in mind, this part of Koh Phi Phi is VERY secluded and Americanized. You will be charged 1000 baht OR MORE to get back to the Resort from the Pier after 5pm. The to and from accommodations are very limited. The timing of the speed boat to the ferry and back do not align very well to make an easy scheduled trip. My experience; Escape here if you plan to stay only here and like American Thai food 🥘

Beautiful view. Great breakfast. Nice stuff. My only problem was that a mouse was in the room, apparently can happen due to the location(forest)if you take that into account and can handle it then everything else is amazing.

Great views!”
I stayed here with my girlfriend (29 years old) for three nights. You cannot beat the views from your villas! Absolutely breathtaking. Get ready to walk/hike as these villas are situated on steep hills. We didn’t mind it but I’m sure people a little older may. You can tell the property is dated but the staff tries hard to accommodate. Just spend your time at the resort next door. You can use their beach and restaurants.

Its okay”
Its located in more remote side of the island. It has a nice view from the rooms and the pool. However there's no service by the pool though its supposed to have a juice bar. The pool needs extra care, not as clean as it should be. Thanks to weather, we werent able to do much.

Beautiful view but a little disappointing”
The view is beautiful and rooms are lovely. Staff are very helpful but although we wanted a peaceful area, we went for Christmas and there was very little there. They laid on a meal and dancing on Christmas Eve. It was overpriced for what we received. The entertainment was nice but nothing special and listening to the music in the Phi Phi Village resort, next door, I felt that I'd definitely prefer to be there.....and it was free. we paid SGD 300 for 2 including a meal which was good but not worth it. There is a boat taxi to the port where you can pick up tour. However, although you can get there on the 8am or 12 noon boat, you can't get back as the last boat is 4pm. the trips don't get back until 6pm so you are forced to get a private taxi boat. these are SGD50 - $100. Although it's a retreat, most people need something to do. There is nothing there. Overall though, a lovely relaxing holiday, beautiful location spoiled by what may be minor things for some but were important to us.

in the middle of nowhere”
My partner and i stayed here for 3 nights as part of our honeymoon. i will start my accepting the views from our room were absolutely stunning and that its great they offer a free speedboat shuttle into the main city (takes half an hour), the room itself was great! I really wish we read the reviews before booking, the hotel was miles away from the main land as iv'e said it takes half an hour to reach by boat! On our first night we were stranded in the hotel as the weather and sea was in bad condition so we were not allowed to travel to main harbour or look around the near by village as its unsafe. So we had to have dinner at the hotel... WE WAITED 2 AND A HALF HOURS for our meal which we had to keep reminding the 2 working waiters to bring. When it arrived it was cold. i'm not exaggerating, we sent back our food and went to bed tired and hungry. Other people who arrived after us were served before us, my partner and i were so confused and very annoyed. bad service & very expensive.

Not a good location to stay”
Hotel was decent but definitely NOT worth the price paid. You will definitely get much cheaper and value for money hotels near Tonsai Pier which is more convenient location to stay with all the cafes and bars. Hotel provides free long tail shuttle from hotel to pier at 8am & 12.30pm but the return shuttle from pier to hotel is really early at 4pm. You can’t even have dinner by then. We had to take a private long tail boat each night at THB 1,500 one way. Definitely not worth it. The hotel is for different kind of travellers- those that don’t like to leave the room/ hotel for the whole day. Walking path to Viewpoints was also not accessible to tree overgrowth over past 2 years from covid & lack of travellers. Better off saying near the Tonsai Pier where all the shops and eateries are easily walkable. Hotels are just THB 2,500+ in that area.

Booking via Agoda can be deceiving as it does not give you a good picture of what to expect”
The only way to get to this place is via a boat. Once in here you are stranded and in prison and at the mercy of the boats and the tides. At low tides you can walk across to the neighboring small village which was very nice, but at a high tides, you are prisoner in the resort. We were told there is a buffet breakfast, but on check in it was told that the breakfast is only for 3 and we had to pay extra for the additional child. It was mentioned that there is a buffet breakfast, but if guest count is low, then they skip the buffet for an A la carte menu, which takes awfully long. The pool is nice and big, however it is not heated and you can end up swimming in some chilly water. The hotel does not seem very keen on operating any snorkeling / sight seeing tour and were trying to discourage us from going. We eventually had to walk over at low tide to the neighboring resort to arrange a boat trip. No beach access, only over the rocks. They even charge for lost key cards.

Not value for money”
At nearly £300 for one night I expected a lot more. Access to the hotel is based on the tide. The swimming pool looks like it’s from the 1920s. Restaurant is dire. The only good thing was the view which was amazing.

Very relaxing stay on Northern part of Phi Phi”
We were very impressed about bungalow suite standards! This is a truthfully a world-wide 5-star standard bungalow/hotel resort in a relaxed location on Phi Phi. We originally reserved a bungalow hut near the main town not knowing what to expect on the island and after realizing our mistake, moved to Villa 360 for the rest of our stay. Although the walk up to the bungalow is a sweat, it was totally worth burning off the unbelievable breakfast; by the way, the Staff was really looking after us, even offering golf-cart rides up to our front step as they noticed reviews regarding difficult walks back uphill to the bungalows. We were there in November, so I wonder how they will keep the golf cart charged for major in-season traffic. Just to sum it all up: if we would come back to Phi Phi, Villa 360 is the relaxing place to be! Party goers are better off in the main town as this is a very quiet place on the Island.
