              Villa Hotel Valle Del Marta Resort is set just out of Tarquinia's historic centre, in the River Marta Valley. The gardens have a pool and great views. Villa Valle del Marta overlooks Tarquinia's old city walls and fields which lead down to the sea. It is surrounded by vineyards and liquors are made on site. Free bikes are available at the Valle del Marta Resort. Buses stop right outside the gate. There is also a beauty farm and wellness centre with sauna and hot tub. Some rooms have a spa bath. Hotel Valle del Marta has a TV room and games are provided. The restaurant is open every day for lunch, from 12.00 to 15.00 and closed for dinner. There is a room service for dinner with fixed or à la carte menu, by requesting it in advance. Alternatively, you can enjoy your dinner in one of the historic center restaurants taking advantage of our free shuttle service from the Hotel to Barriera San Giusto in Tarquinia (until 10.30 pm).

              In general there is nothing to complain about. The service and assistance to get information and transport to nearby locations and activities was outstanding. Also I would like to mention the speed and quality of check-out was very professional.

              Great to relax before ferry ! NO WIFI !!!”

              We stayed one night at this hotel before taking the ferry to Sardegna and it’s a great place to do so ! The ferry is only 20 min drive. We also enjoy a relaxing time by the pool in the afternoon. The room was spacious and us a lovely view over the garden. very calm overall. We had a great and warm welcome, also the complementary bottles of waters were very appreciated.
              the hotel claims to be a luxury hotel, however I am not too sure it is. When we arrived the spa was closed, also the restaurant does not open for diner. The WIFI is the biggest problem, it’s inexistant. My partner who worked on is laptop had to stay at reception to have internet …. the reception area does not have A&#47;C …. if you need WIFI forget about this hotel. On my check out, the personal was not has nice and welcoming has the arrival day ….

              fantastic pre cruise stop over. located close to a beautiful Town”

              we needed an overnight stop prior to our cruise. the location was fabulous just outside the beautiful town of Tarquinia. we checked in late to a warm welcome. our room was spacious with nice double doors out to a patio area with seating. the restaurant was closed in the evening but the breakfast (inc in price) was more than acceptable. the property had a very calm serene feel about it which was very peaceful.
              we had some issues finding it due to Google maps sending us to an alternative location. the bed was a little bit lumpy

              Everything was great. Great Hotel, super welcoming staff. I actually had an accident (nothing related to the hotel), but everyone were being so kind and helpful, it really touched us. The Manager and his daughter and everyone else were being amazing. They made sure I was taken care of and that my wife and Baby stayed safe while I had to go to the hospital. Such kind people are worth everything!!

              The dinner in the room was a fantastic idea with COVID-19 and no place for dinner. But the price&#47;quality of food was not good.

              Male staff not wearing masks! First hotel in 5 weeks of travelling where we have experienced no Covid measures. Full buffet breakfast with customers roaming round....I thought this was stopped with Covid. Very uncomfortable beds.

              Staff and management were accelent in providing assistance and servicing the resort ensuring your stay was comfortable and relaxing.
              They only draw back was the bugs from the farm not sure what they were but they were like mosquitos or midges.

              Valle del Marta is a little paradise, it&#39;s calm, family run, nothing is too much trouble, the food is all from the farm or local top quality . our room is cleaned and beds changed daily , even our soap is changed daily. The pool is beautiful and there is a spa with treatments which offer a variety of treatments. After the shock of having our passports stolen and being unable to board our cruise the staff and facilities , the calmness of Valle fe Marta was just what we needed and can&#39;t thank them enough. Taraquinia is a beautiful walled town and every restraunt we went to and every shop we used the staff were so so helpful and pleased to have our custom. Fabulous Etruscan museum amazing architecture everywhere A wonderful wonderf place Also great to stay if you want to go into rome, on direct route by train 1 hr to rome 1 stop to civiteviccia great before or post cruise to recover.
