Beautiful villa”

Surrounded by green. Friendly dog. Nice room. Big, comfortable bed. Big bath tub. Toiletries provided. Free breakfast, they even made it vegan for us. We only booked two hours in advance and were the only guests as it was off season, the friendly staff did everything to make it work out perfectly.

Incredible value, great experience”

My husband and I are from California and we can't speak Chinese, but the staff at the Villa at Palm Spring were the most helpful and friendly people we've ever met anywhere. We had lots of bags, they gave us a ride to our next place we were staying at an hour away - instead of letting us take a bus - amazing. They made sure we always had lunch and dinner plans or else they would have food prepared for us. (The breakfast was provided as it's a bed and breakfast - and it was always delicious.) A place like this in California - especially considering the location and a dozen other great things - would cost 3 times more per night. 10 out of 10 stars for sure.

Close to bike paths”

Although not really close to shops and food outlets in central Jiji, about a five minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk, the location really suited us as we had our bicycles with us. However, the hotel also has good quality bikes for guests to borrow. The hotel is nestled amongst the very neatest of agricultural produce fields in an organic growing area. It was too cold (rooms had heating) for us to sit outside but at the right time of the year there is a very nice outdoor sitting area where you could bring a few nibbles and drinks for a relaxing evening in a rural setting only metres from a bustling tourist town. We will go again.

A Phenomenal Hotel”

With the young couple being the innkeepers, this warm and relaxing home-like hotel did make our stay wonderful. Spacious rooms and luxury interior design made me feel like I went to a relaxing village somewhere in South-eastern Asia. I wonder how could it be possible for enjoying a five-star quality room and service with such an cheap rate. To conclude, this hotel is highly recommended to everyone who are heading Jiji for a relaxing journey.

We really enjoyed our stay here - the managers and other staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are kept clean and the breakfast provided in the morning is good. It's accessible (close to the bust stop and about 20 minutes walk from Jiji train station), yet idyllic and peaceful. We'll definitely be back!

位在集集小鎮的一間民宿，離集集車站開車約6分鐘，我們這次住四人房，房間大，浴室也很大，浴缸泡澡很舒服，有放鬆到！民宿主人準備的早餐，很好吃，有咖啡紅茶豆漿可以選擇，一個司康，跟一個餐盒！民宿也有不少單車可以借，但是不是很好騎，也沒有小朋友的，都是大人的唷！

棕梠泉民宿非常乾淨，且進門後可聞到淡淡的檜木香，整體的感覺給人非常舒服像住在家裡，還有免費腳踏車可以借用騎到鎮上享受集集風光，故4年後來到南投還是選擇來棕梠泉。老闆及老闆娘也非常熱情，來訪的旅客有機會也可以與她們多交流
