Hotel with character and charm”
Myself and my boyfriend had a superb long weekend in Florence, using Hotel Villa Olmi as our base. The front manager, Aldo, went above and beyond for us while we stayed there and made us feel so welcome. Because of it being a surprise birthday weekend, we were upgraded to the 'Rose' room in the Villa Mozzi which was brilliant. There is a large living room space outside all of the rooms within the Villa and there is classic old, Florentine architecture/design in the room. The rooms were very clean and the beds super comfortable. While there are no irons in the room, you can call reception to have them brought to you. There is a brilliant complimentary smart-phone device in the room as well if you have data restrictions when downtown, and you can use it instead of your own. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone and we enjoyed sitting in the tranquil conservatory (April trip). The complimentary shuttle bus in and out of town was a great assistance! Overall, we highly recommend.

Home away from home”
After visiting Villa Olmi five times in two years is safe to say that we love it! You have all the peace and quiet of an countryside Tuscan villa with a 4*S services and a busy city life of Florence just a short ride away. The hotel itself is perfect! The rooms are super clean and the staff is very professional and ready to help you. The buffet breakfast is not to miss (great choice of supreme quality items) and you also can have a lunch or dinner there. The hotel has a pool with comfortable chairs, wifi access on all grounds and a gym. It really is a peaceful oasis where you can relax, eat good food and drink fine tuscan wine. Defenitly coming back again.

An escape to nature, just close to Florence”
If you want to escape away from the crowded city which Florence definitely is, especially in spring and summer, than choosing Villa Olmi is a perfect choice. Not far from Florence and laying in an area full of olive trees, it gives you comfort in accommodation and full relaxation. Even bus connection to Florence, in case the hotel shuttle is not available, is rather convenient. The resort location and the villa itself are splendid, so is the hotel service. We strongly recommend.

Villa Olmi exquisite! Built in late 1800's, restored to perfection with huge beams over brick ceilings. We had a Jr suite in main villa with marble bath, kitchenette, private garden, beautifully furnished with antiques and art work. Everything was first rate and we loved it. Free phone calls to anywhere around world and cell phone to carry around town. Very professional staff. Food-incredible. The breakfast buffet had Asti Spumanti and every kind of meat, cheese, baked goods,fresh fruit, etc. It was elegantly served. Dinner and bar menu excellent. Compare this to a 5 Star hotel.

MUST STAY!”
Where to start… My husband and I stayed here as did our entire wedding group (30+ individuals). It was an absolute dream! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the staff was extremely attentive and kind and the food was a 10/10. We could not have asked for a better hotel during our stay. It really was so dreamy and to date it was our favorite hotel. I can speak on behalf of everyone in our group that it was truly was so memorable. Thank you to Laura (manager) and her team members. Loved the place”
Beautiful property and helpful staff made our stay there a delight. Location outside of city center was perfect as we could relax and walk among the gardens. Too cool and rainy for use of the pool, but it did not matter. Aldo and Antonia were very helpful in helping make our stay great with excellent suggestions on dining nearby, parking in the city, routes to take to see the countryside... The included breakfast was absolutely first rate. Would stay here again. Recommend without hesitation.

Excellent option just outside Florence ”
We had an excellent stay for a visit to Florence. Staff was great, breakfast buffet was very good, shuttle bus made the daytime journey into Florence easy. Taxi for 2 at night back to hotel was about 15 euro. Room was nice and comfortable with good amenities. We could have used a little extra space but booked the standard double.

Beautiful setting , within easy reach of centre by taxi or shuttle bus. Best of both worlds! Staff were friendly and breakfast was good .Would book again when in Florence.

Exceptional”
Location not far out of city but worth noting taxis range from 20-30 euros a trip. Hotel have free shuttle service which is excellent although finishes a little early at 7.30 from city think 9.30 would be better. Hotel staff w as outstanding particular Aldo concierge. He provided outstanding advice with regards to taking a wine tour and suggested we hire a car taking the time to carefully map out our route and organising the tour itself. Same staff each day serving breakfast and they were exceptionally pleasant and helpful

Wonderful Escape”
For first-time birthday trip, happy we decided to stay here. The place and the grounds are beautiful. Our room was lovely and especially the bathroom. The only downfall was our jetted tub didn't work but it still was enjoyable. We have a garden outside our room which is probably lovely in the spring/summer time. The breakfast room is amazing, spent a good amount of time in there. Best breakfast ever!! Will be back most definitely.

Beautiful Property”
The room with high ceilings and a jacuzzi tub was fantastic. The staff was spot on and the breakfast buffet was magnificent. The grounds couldn’t have been more spectacular and the art works in the lobbies was outstanding. Our only mistakes was booking tours in town too early so we weren’t able to take advantage of the free shuttle at 9 AM.

If you like manor and golf”
This is definitely a private accommodation with their own garden and even a small landing field, overall high-end hotel. staff wear professional uniform and made a manor feeling. The only compliant would be the size of room, we reserved two classic double rooms, both of them are quite smaller than the photos online. apart from the double bed, very tiny space for walking and put luggage. also extremely small shower place!! the quality of facility and breakfast are great. we also love their shuttle service. Front desk staff are very straightforward, and not very friendly, we are from USA, may have different expectation on service. lol

Honeymoon stay in Villa Olmi Firenze”
It was amazing staying in Villa Olmi Firenze. Kind staff, Cleanliness were good. I've stayed in "Junior Suite Garden" Room. This room has private garden with Green grass, olive trees, hanging changer, Sun bed. If the climate is warm and sweet, Staying in "Junior Suite Garden" of this hotel will be great experience to you. One uncomfortable thing is that the hotel is located in 20 min from Firenze city center by car. Hotel provides free shuttle bus between the hotel and city center. If you visit this hotel, it will be better use own car.
