Beautiful place. Views very pretty from pool and restaurant. Family room was very nice, spacious and separate shower room for children. Kids loved the pool and we spent most of our days relaxing there. We walked into Florence late afternoon to do our sightseeing when it was a bit cooler. 30 min walk which we enjoyed but might be too strenuous on way home uphill for some. Would stay again.

Beware hidden charges ”

We chose this hotel for the triple rooms, pet friendly, parking and proximity to Florence. It is a lovely hotel in a great location. On arrival they told us there would be a pet surcharge. Not been told that before. Then they said it was €80 per pet. For us with 2 dogs that was €160. This is not on their website or advised in the booking process. It is an outrageous amount and beyond anything we have been changed before.

Lovely property. Great ambience. Good facilities. Nice though pricey restaurant (meal with drinks for us four was €250) Very good, helpful staff with great attitude. A bit far away from the main city. 15 mins by taxi (cost about €20). 45 min walk (downhill going, uphill returning). Nice outdoor pool but could not use because rained all the time we were there...

Good for vacation season”

A bit far away from Firenze downtown so you need taxi or rent car if you are traveller. Calm and nice tuscan view around the hotel, and fare gym inside. Water in pool is not warmed so only applicable during high temperature season. No diverse Menu in hotel restaurant. Staffs are kind and facility is clean and cozy.

Old World Charm ”

We made this our home base for a few days with the intention of visiting the city of Florence and surrounding areas. The hotel grounds are stunning. People work do their best to maintain it and staff is very friendly. If you want to be in a more secluded area where you feel like you in the hills of Tuscany and not in the bustling city of downtown Florence, and you like serene and nature, then this place is for you. Staff at times was limited, and most of the workers worked all day and night. Yet, most still greeted you with a friendly smile. Arriana, Napeloan, and Kelly were our favorites. Arianna was our waitress every morning for breakfast and her warmth and attentiveness made our breakfasts so pleasant. During the evening, wait staff seemed so limited, but with reservations we were still able to get dinner (dinner reservations are required). The cappucinos were the best we've had (bravo barristas!!) The grounds are so beautiful, but I would not call this a true 5 star property; however, very well maintained. Our rooms were nice but had some kinks. Our toilet was not working (we called the first day we arrived for someone to fix it but it was not attended to but we were able to fix it ourselves), our phone was not working either and asked multiple times to have it fixed so we could call and make dinner reservations. They also forgot about it. The mosquitos were our least favorite, but you are in hectares of farming, so that comes along with the territory. Our biggest gripe were the food options. Coming from America, we had to remember to tone down our expectations. However, we were disappointed that for lunch at the pool, our only options were a salad or a sad ham and cheese sandwich. Dinner options were a bit better, but very pricey for what you get. My husband and I had to order 3 dishes each and we are not that gluttonous. Our bill came out to under 200 euros a night with a glass or two of wine. We wished we could have taken more opportunities to eat do

Ancienne belle demeure Italienne transformée en rajoutant des extensions plus ou moins bien réussies. sentiment inégal sur une transformation pas forcément terminée et qui a déjà un peu vécue... Breakfast buffet continental correct sans plus. Besoin d'un peu de rénovation et de mise en place avant la saison...Bien placé en haut de la colline avec un belle vue. Personnel pro mais séjour pas inoubliable...

Wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist definitiv zu empfehlen. Mit dem Bus waren wir zeitlich abends eingeschränkt. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Hotel fatiscente”

Camera poco pulita e anni 70, macchie di muffa e umidita' sul soffitto proprio sopra il letto, abbiamo dovuto richiedere una pulizia extra in quanto al nostro arrivo c'erano capelli sul pavimento e macchie sulla consolle. A circa 2 km dal centro, leggermente in collina. personale molto gentile. Purtroppo non e' piu' un 5 stelle, forse non gliene darei nemmeno 4, richiede una ristrutturazione generale.

שהיינו במלון יחד עם בננו בן ה 3 לשני לילות. הצוות נחמד, מסור ואדיב. החדרים נקיים, וארוחת הבוקר טובה. כדי לנסוע לעיר עולה בערך 15-20 יורו לכל כיוון. ממליץ לבקר במלון הזה.
