When we arrived at the location the guard was very helpful and guided as to their parking area. Upon entering the Resort was strict in implementing covid 19 protocol. It has a sink for handwashing everyone including children. They had a disinfecting mat. A reception for health declaration was located outdoor and temperatures were taken for everyone. At the check on counter the staff were friendly and helpful. Everybody was wearing masks. Since we arrived earlier than check in we went immediately to the pool area while waiting for our room to be ready. The pool was clean and treated. There were signs everywhere reminding everyone of the minimum health protocol. Once check in was completed and room was ready, it was clean and neat. Room service was also nice and still with minimum health protocol, the wearing of face masks. I observed that all the staff are following these protocols (clap clap clap). Breakfast was also outdoors the following morning near the pool area which was great for this new normal. Check out was very fast and i really love their friendly and accommodating staffs. We thank them also since we left something in the room and it was returned. My family (the kids) and I had fun enjoyable stay at the resort and they wanted to return to the kids pool. We would recommend this resort for a family friendly stay. And we will certainly book again next time.

Close to Sea!!”
The room was really nice! We staid in a room near the pool which was awesome! The room staff was great! They arranged our beds and our kids teddy bears really nice!! The only thing I would say was a bit upsetting was that it was impossible to get a grab taxi. One time the hotel offered a ride. It would be nice if the hotel offered shuttle service at least to the airport. Because we were a family of 5, we ended up using 2 taxis. The hotel was helpful enough to call the local taxis for us. Overall, it was a great stay! We would definitely come back!

Perfect for a private excursion with family”
I took my family here for one weekend (we stayed only one night) for my birthday/baby shower, booked 3 rooms. It was perfect and everyone had fun. The location is far enough from the city that it was quiet and private. There were not much guests at that time so the pools and beach were not crowded at all. Our rooms were beside each other, facing the ocean and very near the pool. We loved the rooms we had! The staff were courteous. I will definitely bring my family here again next time. Also highly recommended!

View and venue is beautiful. Facilities are good. Staff is reliable and courteous. The location is kinda secluded so expect that transportation going to and from there will be a little bit expensive.

Old but still charming resort!”
Yes this resort may be old compared to the other resorts in Mactan Island, but its charm is still very much alive as the resort is well maintained and manned by friendly staff. The only complain I have is its very expensive food prices due to too much overcharged in my opinion!

We booked 2 double bed, but they provide us 1 king bed. They provide additional bed but the temp bed is so bad, my kids cant lay there back on it.. the foam of the bed is too thin.. and best of all no wifi...

Affordable seaview room with 5 pools to swim in, had a great time lying inside the frog. I don't find walking out in a balmy weather to catch a tuktuk a chore. But not recommended for those who shop. It's for peaceful and quiet stay, eating hotel food.

Overall I like the facility. It is clean. The view from our room is spectacular. Staff are accommodating and warm. I have suggestions. The food service can be faster especially if there is no customer around. The lobby is hot and humid. Need better air circulation or air condition. Need a better designated parking area.

Nice Location, old facilities”
The location is good if you are not planning to go around and just stay in the hotel to swim in the pool or at the beach. Getting a taxi/Grab car from the hotel is a challenge but you can ask the front desk to call one for you. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I can feel that they are understaffed as my food order took ~45 mins to be served.
