Die Dame die uns eingecheckt hat war sehr kompetent und freundlich - abends war sie mit einer weiteren Person im Service für das Galadinner für alle Gäste - bewundernswert
Es war ungepflegt - die Möbel sind aus den 80er Jahren - fleckiger Teppich - Weine auf der Karte (4!) nicht erhältlich - Sauna endet um 19 Uhr - keine flexiblen Zeiten für Abendessen. Das ist sehr, sehr weit von small leading hotels of the world !

Das Frühstück war gut, das Abendessen sehr gut. Der Wellnessbereich ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend.
Die Klimaanlage war gar keine und im Zimmer war es viel zu warm. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße, was es durch den Lärm im Juli/August unmöglich macht, das Fenster länger offen zu lassen. Im Zimmer war ein kaputter Tisch, der erst nach zwei Tagen getauscht wurde. Die Reinigungskräfte waren am Gang und im Nebenzimmer so laut, dass sie uns morgens immer geweckt haben. Das Service beim Essen war leider generell ein Problem (unkoordiniert, langsam). Der Parkplatz war überfüllt und wir mussten uns auch schon mal außerhalb vom Gelände einen anderen Platz suchen.

Es war viel zu wenig Personal da, jedoch haben sie sich ein Bein ausgerissen um alles perfekt zu machen. Dank an Martin und Vladimor. Zimmer war blitzblank
Das Preis Leistung im Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht viel zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Wellness und Schwimmbad nur 18.30 Uhr geöffnet. Schlecht wenn man erst um 16.30 Uhr auf den Rückweg von der Piste macht. Zimmer und Bad sehr hellhörig. Man ist life beim Nachbarn dabei. Betten kommen die Federn . Keinerlei Corona-Maßnahmen!!! Kindern fassen das Essen am Buffet an es wird drüber gehustet etc. Kein Desinfektionsmittel Leute laufen ohne Maske durch Hotel und Speisesaal. Abstände werden nicht eingehalten. Frühstücksbuffet war keine 4 Sterne

Schöner Spa Bereich, gutes Essen, angenehme Atmosphäre.
Unser Zimmer lag an der Hauptstraße, dadurch war es bei geöffnetem Fenster sehr laut und der Balkon lud trotz des traumhaften Bergblicks nicht zum Verweilen ein.
