We stay at the Carlton President each year when we visit the Vakantiebeurs Travel Show. We own the Yarn Market Hotel, Dunster in Exmoor National Park so we are always carefully observing the standard of service we receive in other hotels. You have no worries at the Carlton President, the Reception and Room Attendant's staff are absolutely superb and we are greeted ea...
We came in the hotel and got a very clear explanation about everything we wanted to know like our room number. And they were really kind and hulpfull. Next year i wil defenitly go again!
I arrived late at night and was supposed to receive the door code in advance, unfortunately they forgot. I had to phone to get the code. I tried to ask questions through text message e.g. could I have a fan, where do I leave the key cards when I leave, as I kept missing the concierge, I never got a reply, even though it is supposed to 24hr support.
