Great hotel in a great location”
It was so nice here, we booked for 7 nights but stayed 12, it was fab. The hotel is in a great location, it partners itself with the Lagoon Resort so you share the facilities of this hotel, which are great and it is directly opposite. The rooms are cleaned everyday with fresh sheets and towels, the housekeeping staff are lovely. The room was a good size with a balcony. It is right in the heart of White Sand Beach so the location could not be any better. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially when we wanted to extend our stay.

Average and overpriced”
This was our second visit to White Sand Princess, we stayed 2 years ago and were disappointed this time round. The room was looking tired, no tea or coffee making facilities and much more expensive than our last visit. We were considering extending our stay at White Sand but the price was expensive for the quality, the staff were not very helpful and not at all interested. We found a much nicer hotel a little further up the beach for a lot less and spent 3 lovely weeks there and were very glad we moved. Overall, it is very average and overpriced for what and where it is.

Right in the middle of the #1 beach in Koh Chang. Like it more rather than it's sister the main hotel because not in a goldfish bowl. Was here only 2 nights no lift but need the exercise and only 2 story any way. breakfast is in the main hotel and share all the facilities so not see why the negative feed-back that people rate? We had our car so made the island explore rather comfortable. For us it was quite good experience

White Sand Princess Hotel ”
I stayed there for 8 days and it was nice. White sand area is more for families but I enjoyed every moment. If you want to go to Lonely beach, you can rent a motorbike but it's better to get a cab as the road is not so good. The staff at the hotel is really nice, the breakfast is good and you can book anything to the little agency next to it. The room was clean every day, spacious enough, comfortable. The only con is the windows, which are on the main road, so it's quite noisy in the morning. Overall, it was really good. I'll be back for sure.

The hotel was aprox 20 m from the beach just cross the street and trough the other building from the hotel. Beautifull beach and view. The staff was friendly and helpfull. It was not the last time there.

We didn´t pay much for the rooms so we didn´t had any high expectations so we were really surprised over the big and nice rooms and we didn´t know that there was a pool so that was also a positive surprise. We really recommend this hotel and would gladly return there.

The room was clean, good size, and fair for the location. There is no lobby, but you check-in across the street at a different hotel, which was confusing. Building is generic and across the street, but still near beach. Gym is closed during the holidays, but pool open. It was very loud from street noise til about 2am, but maybe not always like this.

The price we paid was fare. Room was clean and spacious for a couple. Walls were very thin. Complete absence of hotel staff as they operated from across the road. There was a small sign notifying us of that. The biggest disappointment it had a bad smell in reception and in the elevator. So much so they had permanent air freshener in there

Rude staff!”
Incredibly rude staff. They gave us a room that stank of sewage and refused to compensate us or give us a new room. They ignored me at the reception and was unfriendly. The staff does not care about the guests and rolls his eyes when the guest does not behave as they wish, ie is subservient to the unpleasant staff. When we were about to rent a moped we were contested if we really stayed at this hotel. Have traveled extensively in Thailand with never met such rude and useless staff before. Most of the rooms in Tower A is good however. The pool area is nice. The breakfast okay.
