Great location. Overall is a nice stay however the toilet cleanliness should be taken care of. The toilet cleanliness need to improved. A lot of moles and quite smelly. Amenities is complete. Great view from room and balcony Suggestion: should add on free wifi

the apartment ive book was OK. Clean. but somehow im not enjoying using the facilities here especially swimming pool. the rules applied like it was on PKP 1. pathethic. u need to book a 45 mins session with only 20 adults are allowed at one session. Boooooo. Please go to other hotel to see how their SOP and rules applied especially nowadays we are not in PKP 1 season no more!!!

Last minute of stay they have cancelled the breakfast but we booked and payed along with breakfast only and the breakfast money not refunded. charged extra money for cleaning but bathrooms had the used soaps , no tissues in toilet and curtains where dirty. For every time cleaning they are charging extra money.

First day check in waiting lift take 30-40min,going lunch also wait 40min in lift no choice only can walk staircase from 28th floor to car park.please take note if come with family trip don’t stay here.

1.they didn't inform me or invite me in the watsapp group as promised until I reach there and contact them. 2.it took me almost one hours to check-in. 3.i book for 3 units. One of parking card not function and security not allowed me to go in. Then I need to change again the unit. 4 surprisingly one of the unit is not what I booked - only for 3 pax instead of 4. 5.they ask me to go down and change the room again which I refuse since I have my parents with me. 6.they promise to refund the deposit within 3 days, but nothing until I reach them. 7.they promise to compensate the room since I paid for 4 pax, but nothing till now. 8.the 2nd unit parking card is not function when we want to go out and we need to explain again to the security. 9.no representative at site and we need to do all on our own. 10. Overall this is super bad service and I never encountered such service in my life. 11. We have kids and senior cetizen and this not type of service we expected. 12.all my request has been rejected ie checking early one hour even though they promise to come back to me.

Utk weekend tggu lif sgt² lama, more than 45mnt to get lift, for me it really worst when u travel with small kids but lift always full & need to wait longer.. the unit that i get no wifi, water heater on master bedroom not functions, the most worst part for stay in unit that i get is more than 5 times blackout in the whole aprtment…

Apartment okay but no bathtub and 1 bathroom only. Must register and book time at security before can swim (45 minutes only can be at pool) my kids not happy. Receptionist at G floor not helpful rude. Poor management.

New building but they did not plan to separate lift for low and high floor. Bathroom dirty and molded.

Worst stay i have ever had!!! ”
First of all, when we arrived, we were not told where to check-in and the process. I called the number in the booking details and the person claims to say we were supposed to call an hour prior to our arrival when nothing about that was mentioned upon booking. When we entered the unit, no water bottles provided or any toiletries or even tissues. Both the bathrooms were wet and dirty, even saw a used towel in the bathroom, the door mats were wet. It was so gross!! No bathing soap provided, both the bottles were empty. We had to request a cleaner and ext. And the agent said we have to pay deposit first before providing anything according to the policy. Such nonsense!! It was paid immediately. Even then, the cleaner just wiped the bathrooms instead of washing them. With all this, we were only informed that there is no car park card for this unit after entering the car park! She said we have to use the normal parking ticket and then claim later. Overall, So much of inconvenience and made the whole stay so bad! Please never go to this place! I paid rm585 for one night stay btw. Not worth the money at all.

No responsibility of Agoda Staff... Push the responsibility to others and with very bad tone when we called and promise to call back but at the end didn't. Charged extra cleaning fees when it was not listed on the apps and gave email and feedback they was just said I'm the one who agreed with?! Very bad experience on this time

Its a good place to stay especially when you cant get a room at the mountain top, need to travel abit from casino/skypark/GPO, but not too far. Room is clean and spacious, but there is a construction site nearby and they start work early even during weekends.
