the unit very clean and neat, swimming pool and gym is superb! playground is nice also, my kids like it a lot. location is great, econsave is just next door, 24 mamak just right opposite and penang sentral is very nearby only. host reply message in seconds. highly recommended!

All the room are clean and space are quite big for family ..the the kitchen utensil and bathroom use are provided. I’m so surprise that they provide also a washing machine for home stay here

Best Stay”

Homestay have 2 bedrooms, 1 have 1 queen size, another 1 have 1 king size and 1 single. Got 1 bath (large amd spacious) and also got 1 washer. Kitchen provided 1 small rice cooker and 2-door fridge. Wifi is not fully have coverage, so slow. Better use your own. Like the pool so much but only 10 can be inside at one time and must followed the SOP (45mins swimming take rest for 15mins then continue for another 45mins). Building besides the Econsave. But cannot tahan the gaharu smell from the neighbour side.

Pleasant stay, amazing view!”

Our stay was pleasant. The unit is clean and comfy. Beds and toilets were all good. Econsave is just 2 mins walking distance to the apartment, so thats nice. Few minor hiccup we faced during our stay was: 1. WiFi internet quota was not reloaded so we could not use its internet for the first night. Host was responsive and quickly resolve the problem though. Thanks for that. 2. There elevator from parking lot to the unit was having some problem. We had to take the stairs (from level 1 to ground floor) and take the elevator from there. Was a bit annoying that we had to do this everything we parked the car lol. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. The view also very nice. You can see Penang island from there. Its really nice. Facilities, swimming pool also nice. My kids would enjoy that if they were with me. So, definitely recommended to anyone travelling to Butterworth. No need to stay in Penang island lah :)

Good location and convenient ”

Location really great, Econsave just behind the building. Easy to access to main road and access to Bkt Mertajam. Easy to find place for dine and breakfast. Just the sofa really not comfortable and also mattress really make my back aching...

There was a wifi problem during my stay and the host was really really helpful. He even called unifi to do something about it. And the unit was awesome!

We stayed at level 35, sea view is fantastic. U can see Jerai Mountain in good weather ”

The room was spacious. Bathroom too. A bit kind of smelly from the floor water trap at both bathrooms. Maybe they need to do something on that. Better contact the property earlier for check-in. U need a swimsuit for the pool. Or xpayah pakai baju! Make sure tutup bawah for men. It's too strict rule for an unkempt swimming pool. LOL

Host : friendly and responsive Location : near to Penang Sentral, walking distance to Econsave Place : site cleanliness and landscape was nicely taken care Suites : clean and tidy, with appropriate cooking facility and utensils Michael is very friendly and responsive. He provide the necessary and appropriate details for a smooth self check in/check out. This place has an amazing infinity pool. The minus point is the security : i) too rigid with the house rules even with the wheelchair guest ii) different interpretation of the house rules by the security personnel when using the facilities
